The biggest group of unprofessional, shady failures I’ve ever experienced and after having my car for over two months and giving it back to me finding out the next day that everything was done and properly it Hass to be all redone by professionals. Don’t ever bring your car here if you want it done right and have a good experience.
I have a 2022 Ford F 150 and my truck was dropped off 12/5 thru 12/9 2022. I was disgusted with them. Never seen such a mess. The front desk and the manager came outside and agreed how bad at look. They're very unprofessional. I'm working with my insurance and I'm filling a civil suit against this shop!! DON'T GO THERE!!!
I would use this company again and I highly recommend them, They make the drama of an accident hassle free .I dropper my car off they made all arrangements for a rental , the rental was on site waiting for me .A couple days later I picked my car back up they even took the time to detail my car before I picked it up .... Well Done Keene Collusion !
