This company preys on the vulnerable. Besides from the less than 500 sq ft area they called a 1 bedroom apartment that had code violations all over it and costing us 1100 on our second lease, there was an electrical fire in the building and we lost everything. This company refused to relocate us, kept our deposit money, and verbally told my disabled other half that they wouldn't put us into another property because our apartment smelled like dirty urine.
