My 2025 XT5 with 7K miles the transmission bolts got loose and the car became inoperable. First week not to much going on. Next came Matt from the service department not the person that was originally assigned to my case and I got a Lift to my house to go to the dealership got a car I could use for the the time I needed and my car was fix in less than one week. So remember his name:Matt. And thank you Matt for your excellent service I do appreciate highly. JoeM
Knew the car I wanted. Diego was friendly and understanding! Trade in was easy. Didn’t come with me for the test drive. I like that. Nothing to make you nervous like a salesperson in your ear while you’re driving… Anyways. Worked with me on numbers. Filled my gas. Cleaned the car. (It smelled so good on my drive home). The process took maybe 2-3 hours. Highly recommend this place to all!
