Shannon’s knowledgeable, attention to details, welcoming and friendly demeanor made our purchase very enjoyable. Excellent experience at Key Cadilac, especially with Brian Thoresen. Was a great way to buy a new car. All went well and didn't take all day to drive home in our new car. Congrats to Key Cadilac.
Service department was wonderful. Very friendly and professional. After a service was performed my wife felt like there was an issue with the way her car felt and there was more road noise than the previous day. I took the car back and they looked into it right away. Mechanic drove the car and confirmed the issue. He pointed out that the tires had been rotated and due to uneven tread wear, the new tire positions caused the noise.
