Came in for a diagnosis and left with what they thought was an answer. Booked an appointment to bring the Escalade back in for said fix and requested on the phone while booking that they make sure the part gets there. When I arrived for my appointment I asked if they had the part. Service advisor said, "Yep we should." I am a second time Cadillac buyer in as many years after many decades owning Volvos; I have shed my two SUVs in favor of two Cadillac sedans, which my wife and I think are fantastic!
