Dr Girala has been my doctor since his office was in key biscayne I was 25 now I'm 52 he is very professional before his secretary were bad but he is one of the best doctor I have and I had many. He is very human and he care for his patience and if some has something else to say I don't believe it. Dr Girala list he helps and he call no matter what.
My mother was admitted to Mercy hospital. While she was admitted she had an exacerbation of her right sided mid back pain early in the am. When I requested pain medication for her pain, which is what helps her pain and she takes as needed at home. The RN explained he was offline and there was no one covering his patients. This place is the worse. I had an appointment scheduled today I called to confirm and get the address. They claimed they called me yesterday I never received any phone call. But they had called me a week ago to confirm and I said yes I would be there. It’s a good thing I called before going. Well they claimed they didn’t have anymore appointments no time soon. And didn’t know when they would have any appointments. It’s a good thing it was for a primary checkup because I will never go here again.
Dr.. Girala has been my mothers doctor for the past 10 years. He has been amazing But this weekend he has gone above and beyond the call of duty. I have spoke with him at least for times during the weekend. He is calm and to the point. He has answered everything I have asked. And has ordered oxygen in the middle of the night. I cant thinknof a better doctor. Thank you Dr. Girala
