Went to an Urgent care that they say they cover in their app. Wasn’t until now that I found out they denied the claim from this urgent care… So why say you provide coverage for a place and then turn around and deny it? I have heard bad things about this insurance from others who had it through our employer and I plan on changing to a better insurance provider once it’s time because this is ridiculous.
This so called insurance is just junk. Literally ZERO dentist take this garbage.
Is a good company to work on
Have had KBA insurance for several years and really enjoyed it more than some of the larger competitors.
