1 year 3 months and I am still waiting for someone to take responsibility for selling me an absolute lemon. Has cost me thousands just to make it somewhat drivable. How in the world Key Auto is allowed to sell vehicles is beyond me! Got a car not the most ideal one, but told me to come back in a year after and they would take it back and we would do a trade in for something more what I was looking for. Completely ghosted, I think I have reached out about 8 times. Typical nasty used car salesman tactics. Promise the world, and not deliver after you sign the contract. Have been trying to get in contact with anyone from here literally anyone I’ve called over 100 times sent email and Facebook message can someone please contact me
The only problem so far that I have with key Auto is that you can't get through to anyone. Always goes to voicemail and the voicemail is always full. Very poor customer service. Do better people.
