Affordable prices. Just average service. Manager can be rude to deal with. Office staff is not efficient. They ”misplaced” my security deposit. Since found but that was not professional at all. I’m still dealing with new document requests 6 months after move in.
Elmer performs no maintenance, allowed make resident to harass me daily and kick in my door. Do not rent from Key! No oven for four months, ceiling caved in for eight months and never repaired and finally black mold so bad I got sick.

Good people who are down to earth and willing to work with people in a bind. Elmer is upfront about his properties. I have worked with this company twice and quickly found housing. Their prices are competitive, their properties are clean, and they are easy to work with.
Had a scheduled viewing for a house with this company. We pulled up to the house 10 minutes before our scheduled time and there was another family already in the driveway waiting to view the house. We got back into our car and continued to wait until our scheduled time which was 5pm. Still no one showed and I had sent a message and called the phone number for their office. No answer.
