This was the worst experience I have ever had. They are crooks! I rented a home for 1 year from them. The ladies in the rental department were absolutely the most rude and disrespectful women I have ever dealt with. They wanted to keep my 975 deposit for 8 nail holes in the wall, a few scuffs on the doors ( which by the way the doors are 28.99 at lowes). They are very nice at first.... then you sign that lease and unleash the beast. These women have no cooth and put themselves and each other on Peta stoods. I urge you... exp... read more

Tenant moved into property after new painting, new doors, and new flooring was done. At move out, doors had to be re-finished, walls painted, and additional repairs done due to dog damage. Tenant was charged for cleaning, damages, and trash haul-off which did not equal $975, and remaining deposit was refunded. We're sincerely sorry the tenant feels she was treated unfairly.
