Having living in NYC for almost 10 years, I've dealt with dozens of real estate agents. Munis tashpulatov stands out as the best in several respects. First and most importantly, I was blown away by the apartments. Both apartments he showed us were clean, quiet, well laid-out, and extremely reasonably priced. Great Broker. Recommend to anyone. A friend and I just signed our first apartment with Munis. We had great communication with him from the start. He met us at a time that was most convenient for us. He was very knowledgeable about the apartment/building and the area we were looking at and was able to answer all the questions we had. We closed the deal in 1 day and we will be moving in soon. I recommend Munis to anyone looking for an apartment, whether it be your first or last. He'll do all he can to help you out.

I've had the pleasure of working with Munis after spending 3 months looking for an apartment to no avail with other brokers. He is very knowledgeable and answered all my questions right away. I wanted to see the apartment a second time and it was no problem. We started the paperwork right away and I was approved in a day.
