History Established in 1973. Kevin's was established by Kevin Kelly, and his mother, Betty Kelly. Kevin, his mother and his wife, Kathleen are actively involved in the daily operations of Kevin's Catalog and the two company stores. It is our philosophy that all customers should receive first-rate service from our experienced outdoor personnel. Most of our Customer Service Department and Store Associates are active outdoor enthusiasts with knowledge in hunting, dog training, optics, clothing, footwear, fishing and more.

I just left your store after browsing for awhile & just wanted to let you know that NO ONE spoke to me: said hello, asked if I was looking for anything in particular-- NOTHING! That is SAD customer service. Y'all might want to work on that!!!
Purchased 2 guns this year. I will be back for more. Brock, at the gun counter, was very helpful and answered all my questions. He helped me pick out the perfect pocket pistol today.

Zero. Customer service? Thursday afternoon...... I will never accept condescension,arrogance or blatant rudeness from any one .The sales associate in the fishing area more than excelled in all of the above.!I was ready to buy! It is when you are told to "make up your mind",with an air of such obnoxiousness that you decide to shop elsewhere! The manager was not there( out to lunch)!!! I am being extremely polite.Oh ,I did tell him what I thought ..His reply ?" Whatever "..
I would choose no stars if it was offered. These people are racists towards all black people. They have ridiculous prices and told me they did not want my kind in their store because I complained about them switching my magazine. I will not ever go back and encourage others to not spend their money here because they act and treat you as they do not want your money, especially if you are black.

Worst customer service I have experienced in Tallahassee -- employees look straight at you and ignore you -- I have money to spend but apparently don't fit your profile -- or maybe you are just too lazy to make the effort to wait on me.
Went to Kevin's looking for a certain pistol. Was put on a waiting list, hoping to hear from them in a couple of months. Well, less than a week later, I received a phone call from Kevin's, my pistol had arrived. Within the hour, I was out the door with a new pistol. Ed at Tallahassee Kevin's totally rocks!!! Thanks Guys!!!!
