Love the Carwash but their Customer Service is non-existent. I have called (816)4717350 multiple times, no answer, left messages on the Chat window after logging In to view my account- no response and am looking for an email...due to a change in my job i need to cancel the monthly, and after March of 2023 i will be disputing any and all charges made by Kevin's. It's a shame that they couldn't just answer a customer's as I would have given them and much better review.
The reason i gave 1* because they keep charge after cancel membership and i canceled before due date and the price double, that’s frault

I'm here several times a week. The other day a young man named Kyle helped me with my mats with no hesitation. I appreciated it as I had hurt my leg and didn't want to walk over. Genevieve , may have misspelled is always friendly and helpful when I come.
Wanted to say that I'm extremely pleased with Kevin's Carwash, Services are great and if you have any issue I have found Management to be very attentive to their customers and making treat them fair and with respect. There needs to be a class action lawsuit against them for all the illegal stuff that happens here... Illegal charges, damaging vehicles, threatening customers threatening employees, they don't even know what wash they are giving to you I promise you you can ask them and they will not be able to tell you... They have absolutely no idea how to run a car wash... DO NOT USE THIS WASH! TERRIBLE! The car wash damaged my daughter’s car by tearing off the windshield wiper and scratching the paint. Armando, the manager, made sexist comments to my daughter and was a total jerk. He admitted that he saw the damage on camera but won’t fix it, saying the only way they would fix it is to save their reputation. There has been 6 messages left for the owner but he won’t return the call.
Everything people r saying about the pushy sell person is very much true, there’s going to come a time when one of them is going to get hurt if a person say no. ( no mean no) we all know that Kevin can’t make money off of the basic car wash which by the way used to b $7 now jump up to $9, I believe they pretend to say the basic carwash side is closed or not working so they could sell u a $10 or $12 carwash ticket.
