From initial meeting to final closing Kevin Wright was genuinely kind compassionate. All communications were timely and in common sense language. Kevin was patient professionally shared his knowledge and expertise with us from first meeting throughout initial offer/counter offers (including guidance in logistics of vetting skilled trades for repairs to facilitate fulfillment of our role as sellers ) through final closing of sale of our parents home of 68 years!

I recently purchased my first home earlier this year I didn't work with Kevin as a realtor however he was the builder of my first home. He would genuinely help when needed and impressions of him were rather good however there were more imperfections and problems with the home than I can count. His builders just performed very poor work even after having them come out to fix things on several occasions and that has financially cost me drastically with something that could've just been done the right way.
