Very caring and responsive to your needs .
Both Dr. Shea and his nurse Kim were very pleasant. Dr. Shea reviewed my medical history and asked a lot of questions so he could determine the next course of treatment. He seemed to be taking a conservative approach until he received results of further testing.
We met Dr. Sherry approximately five months ago. It took three months to get in to see him. He spent a bit of 15 minutes with us and said continue the treatment if we have a flareup to call back we’ve called 16 times in four months. Our doctors have even called and all I heard was he’s busy in the hospital so we decided to find another specialist and they all tell us because we’re seeing Dr. Shea. They won’t see us, but yet this man will not return a phone call. That’s the real Dr. Shay.
This was my first visit with Doctor Shea - I could not have asked for a better visit - all of the staff were very cordial and helpful - Doctor Shea explained my condition in a manner which I understood - I would recommend this practice to everyone.
