Overall great chiropractic! I have made gains in mobility and strength by regular adjustments through out the week. I see it essential to maintain ability after compression over the years. I would recommend Dr dette 100%
Greatest Chiropractor in North County San Diego! I said the above first because it shows on top, but let me give you context as to why I'm giving Dr. Dette and the team a 5 star rating. A few weeks ago I woke up and could barely move. My back was in crazy pain. I would have gone to the chiropractor my wife goes to, but they weren't open until 10:00 am. I’ve been going to Dr. Dette since 2010 and he’s helped me stay aligned and pain free. But it’s what he did for my 18 month old that keeps me coming back. My baby kept getting multiple ear infections and a few visits with Dr. Dette resulted in over 7 years without a single ear infection since!! I highly recommend him for the whole family!!!
The Chiropractic care I get from Dr Dette is fantastic. Every adjustment is thorough and he never compromises care. He is very knowledgeable and experienced. I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a great Chiropractor.
