I worked with Kevin replacing a roof on a duplex in flint. He communicated very well and helped manage the tenants. Highly recommend.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would! Extremely tenacious and had to deal with some real headaches when selling our house, but he got it done- all the while giving sound and honest advice on how to proceed. You won't find a more hard-working and knowledgeable realtor than Kevin. His friendly manner and outgoing personality make him very easy to work with. He takes time to get to know his clients and does his absolute best to find exactly what they are looking for. He helped us purchase a home last year. He was up front about any concerns he had with the house, directed us to an excellent home inspector, and promptly negotiated some changes we needed in the contract. I highly recommend Kevin whether you are buying or selling.
