I happen to find Kevin by happenstance. I wasn’t seriously looking but I was ready to move forward and start the process to get out of my apartment. We were referred to Kevin by a former coworker of mine. We had a few homes we wanted to look at and he was extremely efficient in scheduling those showings. We quickly found a home we wanted to submit an offer on and he took the time to sit with us and go over all the paperwork. His use of technology for signing documents was extremely convenient and easy. We were so blessed to have found Kevin. he got us through every hurdle of the house buying process, kept us up to date on everything, made sure we understood the entire process, and in the end helped us find the perfect home. Our favorite part of working with him is he made us feel like his most important customer. We will definitely be using him again in the future.
Kevin was an excellent realtor for us in our first home buying experience. He was very helpful and supportive during difficult negotiations. We had a lot of questions which he answered quickly. It took a while to get to closing, but Kevin continued to work very hard for us throughout the entire process. We love our new home and neighborhood and couldn't have done it without his help.
