My experience with Kevin started out good, he was friendly and informative while giving us a tour. However, he does not have good phone communication. I had to text him several times for updates on our application, and then when he gave the house we were hoping to rent to another applicant, he didn’t even reach out and tell me. I had to call him after texting him 6 times over a couple days to no response.
My family and I have been with Kevin for 7 years any time we have had a problem he responded the same day . If your looking to buy are rent a home he's the person to chose. Honest God fearing man.
