We used Kevin's services and were surprised by his attention to detail and his professionalism. His advice was accurate on everything. We got a great price and he watched out for us as if our home was his own. He even crawled under our house to check a foundation issue the buyer made a big deal of and came up with a fix which was reasonable and saved the deal. We used the services of Kevin Sheedy last year and were extremely happy with his performance as our broker.
