Dr Smith and his team are wonderful. They ALL took time to visit and fully understand our concerns and needs at each visit and for surgery. Dr Gresehover and Dr Schaffer were very kind and tentative to her needs and pain after surgery. I HIGHLY recommend Dr. Smith and his team to anyone that is in need or oral surgery of any kind! He is very skilled and we are impressed with his work. Dr. Smith is very willing to answer questions and wonderful with kids. We did have a good bit of difficulty of scheduling surgery dates and appointments. It was frustrating to be to told different things by different staff members about when we could schedule his surgery. Overall, a great Dr., but the scheduling difficulties did make our lives more difficult.
He did and exceptional job on our daughters cleft lip.
Dr. Smith has been my grandsons Doctor since he was born in 2002 with a cleft lip and palate. He and his team have been amazing! The work they have already done and the care and attention they continue to provide is the best. We could not ask for a better doctor to care for our grandson.
Dr. Smith did an amazing job walking us through our journey to fix my son' cleft lip and palate. He was helpful and informative, but also kind and made us feel like he really cared about our son. we cannot say enough positive things about him abd his entire office.
