Called about our air conditioner not working and they were here within an hour. The service person was very nice and explained to me what the problem was and he put a part on that should help it from happening again. I was very impressed with the service and the service person. I will call Kevin's for any future needs!!

Terrible Service! My hallway ceiling caved in due to a water leak from a pipe they cut. Had a hard time getting them here to fix all the damage it created!!
Kevin's came to the Rescue on a Sunday morning when our holding tank ruptured about a 1/8" inch hole. The first hour is $200 because it is a Sunday but if the repair goes over you don't get price gouged by them. Ryan was extremely polite and considerate of my property. He was very patient with me before he arrived on two separate phone calls to help figure out what I HAD to buy and what I COULD buy to help reduce the time he would have to spend here. Two thumbs up. With an upcoming back surgery and a furnace that needed replaced they bent over backwards and rearranged their schedule to install my new furnace before surgery. Would recommend them to anyone. Thank you for your prompt service.
