Bobbi was a pleasure to work with as we reassessed the coverage on my different insurance policies. I never felt any sales pressure as she worked with me for the coverage that was most appropriate. I also appreciated her and Kevin's patience as they explained the Drive Safe and Save program and addressed my concerns about it. I'll give it a try. All in all, it was a good introduction to my new State Farm agency.
