I would highly recommend Kevin for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Kevin did both for my husband and I. With the buying process, Kevin seemed to always be available to show us homes and was very insightful while walking through them, pointing out positives and negatives. I would recommend Kevin 100 times over. He is such a pleasure to work with. While touring potential homes, he will give you the positives about the property, and also the negatives. He points out things that you might not be looking for that are great and also not so great. Kevin makes the house buying process enjoyable even through tough situations. He is thoughtful, intuitive, respectful, and understanding and I feel fortunate that I got to work with him in buying my first home!
