Kevin made our home buying experience very easy. He also made us feel comfortable and never rushed us, he really took the time to explain things to us, as first time homeowners this was important. We didn't know what half the stuff in the basement was and he took the time and explained everything. He would go off on his own to inspect certain aspects of the house that we wouldn't think to look at. We appreciated how detail orientated he was. He helped us find our dream home, my husband and I would recommend him to anyone!

Due to my parents' health issues, we had to quickly sell their home. Kevin was very professional in meeting the needs of our situation and in advising us in the preparation of the house. I would highly recommend Kevin for anyone looking to buy or sell a home. Kevin did both for my husband and I. With the buying process, Kevin seemed to always be available to show us homes and was very insightful while walking through them, pointing out positives and negatives. I would recommend Kevin 100 times over. He is such a pleasure to work with. While touring potential homes, he will give you the positives about the property, and also the negatives. He points out things that you might not be looking for that are great and also not so great. Kevin makes the house buying process enjoyable even through tough situations. He is thoughtful, intuitive, respectful, and understanding and I feel fortunate that I got to work with him in buying my first home!
