Since the expansion it has become a bit too expensive for myself without dental insurance without any discount. I am sad about that so the star count is representative of only this. Melody in the office still remains a shining star and is 5 star all the time.
Very concerned about the new ownership and the transition of care from Dr. Barry. Respect for patients time and schedule are an issue. I readjusted my cleaning a day before due to a chipped tooth emergency and the new dentist was available to see me. I would have to wait 45 min but since it was last minute I was fine with that. I leave after my rescheduled cleaning time and come back since they said they were with another patient. They ran into complications with the previous patient and it would be another hour.
