I would NOT recommend Dr. Powers for Medicaid patients or anybody who does not fit the profile of a main-stream, pretty person. I am somewhat eccentric, carrying a big backpack around town in an effort to rehabilitate my hip surgery, it was VERY clear that Dr. Powers was NOT comfortable in my presence, so much so, that he failed in his medical instruction to me, allowing his prejudice to actually cost me money and unnecessary pain! Again, don't put yourself under his scornful disdain if you ar
