I am a patient of Dr. Phan. I read the last review on here and took caution my first time going to see him. I’ve got to say that I experienced literally nothing of what the last person had experienced. I found nothing but professionalism and consideration. Dr. Phan did amazing work on my ankle and I was able to start walking in the exact time he thought I would be. I guess you have to see for yourself if you like Dr Phan. I have nothing but praise.
Dr. Phan is a workmen’s compensation doctor. Sadly , this is his first and only loyalty, to meet their standards and receive an end-of-the-year bonus. He saves money on gloves because he never actually examines you after the first initial visit. Get used to hearing, “That looks bad”, or “That looks painful”. That is the full scope of his diagnosis. The Hippocratic Oath means nothing to this man. It’s as if he’s given up. It’s sad to see in one so young. At any rate, you’ve been warned.
