Dr. Leahy was very compassionate, kind, and competent. I had never had a nasopharyngeal laryngoscopy before, but Dr. Leahy and his staff put me at immediate ease. It was a quick procedure with minimal discomfort. I was seen exactly at my appointment time which was nice.
Dr. Leahy is wonderful. Over the past 10 years, he has helped me with several difficult and unusual problems and he always finds a way to help me be as comfortable as possible.
The entire operation on the 18th floor at the Otorhinolaryngology was top notch. Dr. Leahy was a great listener and clearly knowledgeable. He was solution-seeking. His staff, every one of them, was professional and friendly. I was particularly taken by the woman sitting at the desk as you walk in. She was amazing!
