Not a dentist that I will ever deal with again. NEVER had a dentist that treated my kids like that nor talk to me like a child and talk so condescending to me! The girls that work though I have to say are sweet as can be I feel bad they work for a dentist that is so condescending!
They are not very gentle on individuals with neck pain. I am still recovering from pain caused by my last visit. Plus, random extra charges after my insurance paid is not very professional. That is what you get with office.
I think they are amazing! I used to work there several years ago and can honestly say I am where I am due to dr ortale teaching me and letting me learn in such a great atmosphere with the team I worked with. I sure miss my original team and friends there at npd . I would recommend anyone to go see this office, if you don't your missing out on a great honest caring real down to earth team who will put you first ! Genuine care for patients...AND an exceptionally skilled dentist. Very upbeat, positive office with gr8 tunes played over the sound system---nice environment !

Great practice great employees no one likes going to the dentist but my wife and I actually had an enjoyable experience and dental health is so important.
Getting fillings is never a great way to spend an hour, but today was the best such experience I've had. Glad Dr Ortale is my new dentist. :-)
