My family has been loyal customers for years, which made this experience especially disappointing. My mother was treated terribly by the owner, Kevin. When I called to address the situation, instead of trying to resolve it, he became aggressive, disrespectful, and completely unprofessional. No customer—especially a long-time one—should be treated this way. We won’t be returning.
