My husband had to have braces again due to bad Ortho work done when he was a kid. Dr Naficy really knows what he is doing. My husband is an information junkie so he asks lots of questions. Dr Naficy really should be a teacher. He not only answered every question but he drew pictures as well. We really know we picked the right Doctor for our needs.
Dr.Naficy is a very knowledgable Orthodontist. He makes patients feel at ease, and he explains the treatment process thoroughly. I am extremely satisfied with the outcome of my teeth. The free post-treatment follow ups for retainer adjustments are a nice touch. I definitely recommend him and his staff.
Incredibly skilled and experienced, aware of your anxieties, needs, etc. His office can get very busy at times and as a result, you may have to wait a while even though you kept your appointment time and it's just a simple checkup (typical to wait 30 or so minutes and have the acutal service take 3 min. during peak hours). Other than that, he is very charismatic, friendly and is more honest with you than most other orthodontists. Office is clean and Nancy, the assistant, is great. Highly recommended
He is one of the friendliest doctors I've ever had. Never once had a bad experience at the office . . . Dr. Naficy is patient with answering questions and ensures that procedures are as comfortable as possible. I just got my braces removed (completely satisfied and happy with my new smile!) and am sad that I won't be able to visit his office more often. Prices aren't the cheapest around but it's worth every penny because he's an extremely experienced and professional doctor and the results will last a lifetime.
Dr. Naficy and his staff are extremely professional and helpful and I have been very happy with the treatment and service our family has received (both my children are currenlty wearing braces). I can't think of any reason not to recommend Dr. Naficy . . . not only is he an experienced and competent orthodontist, but he is also friendly and attentive and gives personal attention to his patients. Overall: friendly staff, great service (worth the price), and good location.
Dr Naficy may have the experience and the knowledge, but he is far from practical. He does not treat the patient's problem, but rather attempts to solve problems that do not exist. Also, he goes off on a tangent when you tell him about one problem and he explains a lot of other things and eventually solves another problem without improving your situation. Very adamant. His wife is the worst customer service. He is a nice guy but he doesn't do a good job on your teeth. I do not recommend him.
