I haven't worked with Kevin for awhile but that is because he got us into the home we wanted. We were working in a sellers market and looked at Numerous homes. Kevin keyed in early to our criteria and was extremely knowledgeable about the area and valuations. Negotiated our offer to be good for both buyer & seller. Never quit giving 100% effort until the keys were in hand and still checks in on occasion many years later. Highly recommended.

Working with Rachelle to buy our first home was a great experience. She was so helpful in showing us multiple houses until we found one that fit our needs, sometimes very last minute. She has lived in the Portland area her whole life and was able to share insights about the areas we were looking that we would never have known. Kevin Morris and his associate/daughter Rachelle were fantastic. They told us what the house needed before it went on the market and Kevin even showed up to help with a challenging plumbing issue. He is knowledgeable about home prices and priced the home right. He negotiated a contingent offer when a second offer came in and met with us several times face to face to discuss.
