Dr. Kaplan did an ACL and meniscus repair over 10 years ago now back in April of 2016 and my knee still feels great and I will ALWAYS recommend Dr Kaplan to any family friends and coworkers dealing with any pain in their elbows shoulders knees or ankles. He is just simply the best Jacksonville has to offer and its really not even close after hearing stories of others.
I don’t usually write reviews unless someone earns it. I am 42 and recently joined an adult soccer league thinking I can still play like I used to. 37 minutes into the first game I landed wrong and tore my ACL in my right knee. I work with a number of athletes throughout the rehab and return-to-sport process and have had the opportunity to work with several of Dr. Kaplan’s patients following surgery. I’ve consistently been impressed with the quality of his work, communication, and the outcomes I’ve seen. He understands the demands of returning to high-level sport and is someone I would highly recommend to athletes and their families.
I came to Dr. Kaplan having complete confidence given his exceptional reputation; my experience with him reinforced that confidence. I cannot recommend anyone more for an ACL reconstruction. I had to have my right ACL reconstructed 10 years ago and had to have my left one done this year, and both experiences were incredible because of the care from Dr. Kaplan and his team. He makes you feel so at ease and my recovery was 100x better than I could’ve imagined. I REALLY hope I never have to have another knee surgery but if I do, it’s going to be with Dr. Kaplan.
