Dr Longshaw is the best!!
Dr Longshaw is the best. He takes time to go over your labs, answers each question and really listens to what you have to say and offers treatment options
One issue last year
Dr. Longshaw is ALWAYS attentive and personal.
Money-grabbing. Requiring patients to see their doctor every 3-4 months to get a medication they've taken, and have been required to take for the majority of their life is a ridiculous mandate that Dr. Longshaw's office requires. This is instituted to take money from their patients. Would not recommend, and will not be going back.
Dr. Longshaw is a thoughtful and caring physician. The three stars is related to the experience with the office staff. Each time I've called his office I've had very negative experiences. The operator has often cut me off and transferred me without explaining what they were doing. It has been incredibly difficult to see the doctor or get a referral. I liked the doctor a lot. My prior doctor closed his practice at Baylor and I unfortunately needed a new doctor ASAP. I got an appointment quickly. The doctor was very thorough and took time examining me and explaining treatment options. I also liked the clinic setup - they have lab and radiology right there so everything was done by the end of my appointment.
I have total trust in Dr. Longshaw. He takes enough time to not only explain every test result and what those results mean but also to listen to each question and either answer the question or find the answer. I have had excellent care not only from Dr. Longshaw but from everyone at Launy Clinic
