Agent made promises that couldn't be kept, costing me an extra $100 per month. Totally disappointed and will be looking for different insurance. Definitely felt like a bait and switch. Left with no choice, either pay the extra or no car insurance. Hope the extra commission was worth it, you've lost a customer and I will definitely steer anyone AWAY from this office!!! The customer is NOT RIGHT here!!!
