Kevin Love did an excellent job of selling a couple of properties for us over the last decade. He'll pursue an aggressive pricing policy to bring in good offers. He helped with identifying exterior fix-ups and finding contractors. He helped with "staging" to make the interior more attractive. We received several good offers within a short time.
