Unable to get prescriptions-which were not written correctly (wrong dose) filled for months. Multiple calls to the MD office. CVS called multiple times. This has been going on since NOVEMBER. The importance of compliance with medications is a big deal, but not to Dr. Collins or his staff apparently.
Dr. Collins is an extremely professional and compassionate physician. He takes the time to listen and ensures you have all the information you want and need. I’ve never felt rushed during an appointment and, when needed, he’s called after business hours to provide results and discuss how things are going. I consider myself fortunate to have Dr. Collins providing my care.
Rebecca and medical assistants/nurses are/were great. "Toni" is THE most unprofessional, condescending, patronizing, yet incompetent employee there?? Constantly screws up lab orders, appointments, whatever and she's been working there for at least a decade. If you can't get it together in that long, maybe you shouldn't be working there. I left after all this time because of her and because after Dr. Collins dismissed a few of my concerns regarding my health, I'd had enough. Love this physician and office. Small office with attentive care. Great beside manner from. Dr. Collins. Being a D.O. was a plus
Very rude and unprofessional staff. I called the office to get information for my father and “Toni” was very rude and obnoxious. Unfortunately this behavior can drive patients away and discredit the Medical office.
