Sold! Kevin made selling my childhood home a lot easier than if I had to do everything by myself. He helped to arrange for junk hauling, and house cleaning. He was there helping when charity shop came to pick up gently used items. He followed up when vendors finished for the day. He checked on the house to make sure everything was okay.
