Diamonds without class My Re:Husband purchased a ring here and it is tacky.I tried to work with the store personel.Another jeweler refused to appraise it.I would not refer anyone to a Kevin Jewelers you will be out of your money and Avon offers better cuts.
Anonymous I am very disappointed with the service at Kevin Jewelers. The salespeople do not tell the truth about the quality of the diamonds they are selling, They can say just about anything about a diamonds quality and most of the time they lie so they can sell the jewelry. I bought a diamond ring and I was told by the salesman that the diamond was a G color it turned out when I had it appraised that the diamond was I colored. He also said it was SI 1 and it turned out to be SI 2. I SUGGEST THAT YOU DO NOT SHOP THERE!!

Stay away from Kevin Jewelers Brea Mall Stay away from Kevin Jeweler at Brea Mall, CA Do not sell gold to this place. They will rip you off. I heard on the commercial that they buy gold and they pay the highest for it. I brought in 24K gold bands at 1.2oz. The guy thinks I'm stupid and didn't know how much my gold weighs. I let him weigh them and do his testing. He comes back and tells me they weigh 1 oz. Then he tells me my gold is not 24K but 22K. He wouldn't let me see the result of the scale. Cash for Gold RIP OFF! Went in to sell a gold ring but first went to another jeweler to get a sale price in writing. At Kevin's walked in and asked for an estimate and I asked about the 50% more advertisement, what does that mean. He said we pay 50% more than 3 years ago. Upset Still! I got my engagement ring from Kevin Jewelers and the diamond was yellower than when I first picked it out. I did not want my wedding band from there but that's exactly where my husband bought it. I was so mad because the band was supposed to be white gold and when I went to get the ring sized, they mixed it with yellow gold. This change was very noticeable after cleaning the ring a few times.
