They canceled my daughter's surgery the day before without notice and tried to tell us she was never scheduled. Getting it rescheduled has been a nightmare. No one returns calls. It took us months to get a diagnosis and starting over is an uphill battle. I'm beyond frustrated with this office and would never use them.
Dr. Jensen is amazing! He's thoughtful, thorough, and very patient and kind. So glad to have him as my doctor. He takes my chronic pain seriously and makes sure I get the treatment I need. Thank you Dr. Jensen, and his awesome and kind nurses too!
Couldn’t be happier with our experience at St Marks and Dr Jensen with our labor/delivery. Dr Jensen has a very calming and kind presence that really helps put you at ease if you’re nervous about giving birth (which I definitely was). He was respectful to my birth goals/plans and in the end you can tell he just wants what’s best for mom & baby.
