Went here for dental work but as a single mom I had some financial delays. They finished about half the work, then stopped responding when I tried to book the rest. No returned calls or emails, just left me hanging mid-treatment. Unprofessional. Have referred people here that will now be going elsewhere because of my experience.
I hadn’t been to the dentist in a few years and was feeling pretty nervous about finally making the leap but I’m so glad I chose Jan Dentistry in Westlake! A very talented dentist. Incredible! Got the perfect crown, and cleaning,. Doctor Jan is caring and very detailed and knowledgeable dentist!
I came in with teeth that were losing the enamel as well as some cavities and he fixed everything. He made my crooked teeth straight too. I am very happy with how they look now. He’s also extremely friendly as well as all of his staff. Definitely recommend him.
They are great! So nice and detailed. Communication is 10/10. Front desk to X rays to cleaning and the Dr.
