Dr. McHale is very informative and makes you feel comfortable. He's also a top notch surgeon. I have had 2 knee surgeries to date and Dr. McHale did them both. Excellent work!!
Dr Mchale’s narcissistic office staff is disheartening. I have had many appointments with him and I’m offered an x-ray every time I go in, to which I usually turn down unless he tells me it’s necessary. Otherwise I’d be getting too many xrays since I visit frequently. This has never been a problem with any of the other xray techs before. But this time, when the xray tech in the front offered an xray, i said that i’m going to pass on it but she continued insisting and said she was going to go tell the doctor.
