Dr. Coupe did a hip surgery on my 91 year old dad which went flawlessly! He was very professional, nice and explained the procedure and showed the X-ray results after the surgery. Never felt rushed and he answered all my questions. Highly recommend!

I already had a complete rotator cup tear in my left arm prior to going to see Dr. Coupe with a damaged right shoulder rotator cup. I took my mri report and disc with me. After reviewing the films he reassured me it wasn't’ as bad as the report. He checked the movement's of my shoulder and suggested we try a shot in the shoulder to see if that would take of the problem which sounded wonderful to me. I am 80 years young and have visited many many doctors in my lifetime but I have not met one in many years who made me feel as ... read more

I tore my ACL and Meniscus back in June and had surgery on June 16th. I was scared out of my mind and he kept reassuring me that I was going to be ok. Once I start PT my knee felt better but one day it started hurting again. In September I go back in to see him and my ACL shredded in half so he went back in and fixed it again on September 26th. Started PT again and it was feeling better again. After I got my stitches out that night it started leaking stuff out, he said that’s ok we want it to do that. Put me on antibiotics a... read more

My son had a terrible accident breaking his leg in numerous spots and we were told it might not be fixable and to realize amputation was a real possibility. This was the same leg he broke a year earlier in 5 places and had numerous surgeries on at Children’s Hospital in Houston. We brought Dr Coupe in based on references from other surgeons and he handled the 2nd accident with the needed surgeries. As a result he saved the leg and our son can walk and run as a result just fine. Yes he is direct and gets straight to the point... read more

I was there to follow up with the doctor for ACL injury and waited more than 45 minutes. The worst thing is that the doctor did not even show up for the appointment, instead his PA attended and had a chat for about 10 minutes. I'm not sure if they even looked at the x-rays I had taken or even the previous doctor's report for that matter.

Trash of a Dr. He doesn't listen, examine, or even care about his patients. Waiting an hour and a half to be told to tough it out. I am a 32 yr old basketball coach, I can't do my job if I cant walk. I waited an hour and a half to be seen. He didn't examine, didn't listen and I walked out to an empty office. horrible customer service, bed side manner, and too worried about going home at the end of the day. I was there till 6 pm.....after the staff was gone. WTH So pissed will not be back.

Dr. Coupe was very thorough with my son in examining his injuries. The wait time was short and everyone was so nice in the office. We will continue to use him in the future if needed.

I just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for making my first and hopefully last surgery an easy experience for me. I was really scared when I found out I was having ACL surgery from my skiing injury. Your whole office is sweet and were very patient with all my questions. Especially you and your reassuring vibe. Everyone went literally above and beyond their call of duty to soothe my nerves. I really appreciate you guys so much. Best office staff ever.
