I just wanted to say thank you to you and your staff for making my first and hopefully last surgery an easy experience for me. I was really scared when I found out I was having ACL surgery from my skiing injury. Your whole office is sweet and were very patient with all my questions. Especially you and your reassuring vibe. Everyone went literally above and beyond their call of duty to soothe my nerves. I really appreciate you guys so much. Best office staff ever.
Had appointment for 4pm sat there for 1 hour and it only took doctor 5 minutes to look my daughter over. Thats the worst place i been to. This doctor is to much of in a hurry . I will never go there again..

Dr. Coup was referred to me by my son who is in prothesis.(New Life Brace and Limb) It was an emergency . I fell and crushed my femor. He came to the hospital on a Sunday at 1230 am. He was informative and kind. Had surgery on monday. I was very pleased with the treatment I received. I would refer him to anyone who has break trama. The office staff is all really helpful and friendly. The ut team is awsome.
My 16 yr son has a chronic running injury. We were referred by a great doctor to Dr. Coupe. We waited more than 20 minutes in the waiting room, waited more than 45 minutes in the patient room, and saw the doctor for less than 7 minutes. He did not take a medical history; he did not examine my son; he did not listen to either one of us. Once he knew we were not running D1 with college recruiters, his advice was to toughen up or quit. That was what my 16 year-old heard. Just Quit.
Dr. Coupe surgically repaired my severe ankle fracture. The care was excellent and my recovery was much faster than I expected.
