Was the waiting area spacious? Yes Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Yes, they were willing to ask for advice when necessary Did a staff member acknowledge or greet you when you entered? Immediately! They gave me a friendly greeting as soon as I walked in Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Has this chiropractor ever misdiagnosed you? No, they are always spot-on

Did this provider ever postpone your appointment? No, they never postpone my appointment Did this provider answer all of your questions? Yes Was the waiting area spacious? No, but I can always find a seat Did this provider's staff seem to respect him/her? Yes, I could tell the staff respected him/her Does this provider offer any coupons, discounts or promotions? Not that I have seen

No, there was no annoying music Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking. Do you feel that you could have received better service somewhere else? Definitely not; I received the best service ever! Does this provider maintain a professional appearance? Absolutely! You can tell that he/she really makes an effort to look professional Did you feel like this provider's office was understaffed? No, they were fully staffed Were you able to relax during your appointment? Yes, I was completely at ease Were the staff members able to answer your questions?
