January, 2013, I had my six month cleaning and at the same time I had a problem with a crown. As usual Dr. Qualliotine was extremely professional and trust worthy in the manner and technique he used to care for the crown. The staff is always friendly and professional as I've been a patient there for at least 25+ years. Linda
