I had an issue with a charge on a bridge replacement. The bridge came out after three years and Dr. Q recemented it. Because it came out in a length of time that I thought should be covered with no charge for the procedure, I disputed the charge upon check out with the office staff. She consulted with Dr. Q and it was resolved to my satisfaction. I appreciated this very much and have always found Dr. Q and staff to have wonderful customer relations and service.
Thank you for always being friendly and responsive. It helps to make the experience of being at the dentist easier. I appreciate doing what is best for the situation without additional costs if not necessary.
