We are so so grateful we worked with Kevin and Jonathan to sell our house. Kevin and Jonathan are just fantastic! They did truly exceptional job of selling my property in Portola Valley, CA. It was very tough project: unfinished development, which got to the point of building permit, but never completed as I had to move out of the state for a new job. In order to market such a project Kevin and Jonathan needed to understand all the nitty gritty of it, including permit process, the status of all engineering documentation and the value of it.
