I would not recommend Dr. Hibbett for a colonoscopy. He did not follow up after the procedure and some of the staff were very unprofessional. A staff member made an unprofessional comment as I arrived in the operating room, which made me feel bad in an already stressful situation. It wasn’t the doctor who made the comment, but I think those attitudes tend to filter down. As soon as I walked into the office, every person I came into contact with was wonderful: receptionist, nurse, and doctor. Thank you for making me welcome and feel very well cared for.
Dr Hibbett makes you feel as if your his only patient, he recalled details as if I had just seen him yesterday.
