Dr Heine cares very much about the health of his patients. He always listens to symptoms and tries to get to the root of the problem. I never feel rushed or as if my concerns are petty or stupid. I have had two colonoscopies under his care and both times I was back to normal immediately. I had no lingering pain or discomfort.
Their phone system basically sucks. You cannot get through to make an appointment and the last time I actually did get through the scheduler hung up on me when I couldn't tell her when the date of my last visit was. Finally had to drive to the office to make an appointment and then sat in the waiting room 45 minutes without even being called back. That would have most likely been another 20 or 3o minutes. Apparently they don't think the patients time is valuable.
