This is a man that injured himself on his own accord and is making a church and a community suffer. I would not trust Kevin to look out for me as legal counsel as he clearly only cares about himself.
Sad that Kevin, a local resident would sue the neighborhood church because he was on their property playing disc golf, for free, when he slipped and broke his ankle. Now they can't get insurance and the whole community has lost a great assets. I would never recommend him or his business. Clearly a greedy, selfish person that gives all other lawyers and attorneys a bad rap - slimy and money hungry, with no regard for other in their path. It's disgusting.
