I have never felt comfortable with rhis doctor. My parents and sisters and I all went to him and we all agree that we are very happy to be seeing a different doctor now. The last straw for me was when my Mom was very sick and went to see him and he treated her like a complaining nuisance instead of helping her. She was so worried about her health and Dr. Hasenauers disinterested attitude that she found a new Dr. right away and he listened and evaluated well enough to realize how sick my Mom was. Arrogant beyond imagination. Rude, abrupt, cavalier. Misdiagnosed and failed to diagnose on more than one occasion. Self important and dismissive personality..not a good or confidence building combination. I highly suggest you seek out a different Dr.
This Dr. Has proven himself, on numerous occasions, to be arrogant and dismissive of my health concerns. He does not listen well and seems to be impatient most of the time. Difficult to communicate with.
